We are proud to announce the launch of the SoCal Filipinos Scholarship Program, created to uplift, empower, and invest in the next generation of Filipino American changemakers. This scholarship is more than just financial support — it is a recognition of students who embody the values of leadership, resilience, cultural pride, and a commitment to making a positive difference.

Through this program, we aim to celebrate young Filipino Americans who not only excel academically but also demonstrate a passion for service, a dedication to their community, and a deep appreciation for their heritage. By honoring these students, we hope to inspire continued growth, unity, and representation for Filipinos across all fields and industries.

Each recipient of the SoCal Filipinos Scholarship will be awarded $2,500 to support their educational journey and help them continue creating meaningful impact in both the Filipino and broader communities.

Eligibility Criteria

Must be of Filipino descent

Reside in Southern California (Los Angeles County, Orange County, Ventura County, Imperial County, San Bernardino County, Santa Barbara County, San Luis Obispo County, Riverside County, San Diego County, Kern County)

Currently a high school senior or college undergraduate

Have a minimum 3.0 GPA

Provide unofficial transcript

Letter of recommendation from a teacher, counselor or community leader

Demonstrate leadership, community service, or cultural advocacy
